About Us

Anita and Diane are both qualified to International standard in Reflexology. We are both members of the Association of Reflexologists and qualified to Diploma Level with ITEC (international Institute of Reflexology and AOR (Association of Reflexologists). We are both qualified in Counselling and have recently attained level 2 in Reiki Healing and Indian Head Massage.

We have been friends for many years and shared many experiences, fun and challenges together. We have a wide field of experience working in the community:-

• Human Resources

We have trained together in holistic therapies and offer a comfortable, relaxed and caring professional service.

We are strongly convinced about the benefits Holistic Therapy may offer, and have witnessed its therapeutic effects.

Working in Human Resources for many years we know the effects of stress in the workplace and the benefits Holistic Therapy may achieve including preventative care.
